About Jess
Founder & Operator: Jess Osborn, a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief (SMCS), served from 1963 to 1983 before transitioning into the home improvement industry in North Carolina. Later, relocated to Maggie Valley in 1995 and embarked on a real estate career, eventually founding Mountain Home Services, Inc.
